We want you to feel confident shopping with Checksyde. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — within the guidelines below.

Please read carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order enters processing, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are final sale.

We begin fulfillment quickly to ensure fast delivery.


2. Shipping & Delivery

All delivery timeframes shown on our website are estimated ranges, not guaranteed dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Postal carrier delays
  • Incorrect address entered at checkout
  • Weather or peak-season volume

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the normal delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate.


3. Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we will work with the carrier to determine the status.

If confirmed lost, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A refund

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Please contact your local carrier first.
  • In some cases, written confirmation of non-delivery may be required before issuing a refund.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund (full or partial depending on the issue)

Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect functionality may not qualify for a full refund.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or variant selected
  • Minor color differences due to screen display
  • Incorrect shipping information entered by customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Customs duties or import taxes

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.


6. Returns

In most approved cases, returns are not required.

If a return is authorized:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.


7. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
